PROPERTY MATTERS

• Negotiations on behalf of individuals and organizations etc. for sale/purchase of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

• Prepare conveyance/sale deeds etc.

• Calculations of stamp duty/government fees.

• Also undertake to registrar with property Registrar: Power of Attorney/s, Sub Power of Attorneys, Conveyance/Sale Deeds, Trust Deeds, Wills, Lease Agreements, Redemption Deeds etc.

• Property management: Provide services on rental issues of residential, commercial, Land Revenue matters, and industrial properties. Deal with tenants or prospective tenants on behalf of property owners. Look after property issues including: rent, property taxes, legal documentation, and any litigation arising out from any tenant(s) in the absence of clients.

AUCTION PROPERTY :

• Assist clients in auction system.

• Explore acquisition and investment opportunities on behalf of clients in commercial undertakings and auction properties (movable and immovable).

• Identifying and assessment of liabilities and costs.

• Undertake all proceedings, from identification of target
company/property to final registration and transfer.

LEGAL AUDIT :

• Legal Audit of security documents, mortgage, Lien, pledge documents, and ascertaining the completion of all procedural and legal formalities, pertaining to Banking Transaction.

• Identifying and assessment of liabilities and costs.

• Undertake all proceedings, related to above criteria.
